I heard my brother Paul would be moving to Phoneix I thought YES, DEMO! DEMO? DEMO is an emerging technology conference that is held, i dunno, twice, maybe three times a year, heck i think its seasonally know. Anyways, when I first heard about DEMO it was in Phoneix, so I thought yes, now i can visit and get to see DEMO, but now it seems DEMO moves all over.. the west coast.
I like format of DEMO, a bunch of cutting edge companies with various concepts get 10-15mins to pitch their idea to the attendies. In fact that kinda concept, well hell, it could be the distant great grandfather of the MASHUP or unconference they call it. A conference that takes away the formal aspects of it, and lets it roll out in real time, let the ideas come together.
