new tunes
With the gaming taste slippin from me old habits return with a vengeance. I've been shoppin vinyl lately. Records are you mad? Yes I am. Actually shoppin vinyl isn't as bad as buying vinyl. I'm just searchin for the new sound these days. I go to records stores and listen to one track at a time in search of the sound i wanna hear, the good grooves where are they. Someday I should learn how to spin, actually digital turntables are becoming more and more popular these days.
The search for new music is always a rush for me. Checkin out peoples top ten's, finding those killer crossover tracks, latest riffs, deep vibes you name it, and ya i'm talkin dance tunes basically. I got a serious weak spot for deep really deep house. Those low beats really suck me in. Then i like to top it off with bringin in the break-beats and workin yer way back up. This takes me back to all my old sites and of course amazon spending as well. But typically I don't find what I want starting at amazon. SomaFM, friskyradio, and then sites like planetxusa and satellite records push me off into the direction i wanna go.
Moody, oh the moods the moods. What mood are you in today? Can't say really. Lots to do, soon the evils will leave me and i'll be free only to remind myself and others NOT to do that again. Ahh well, no use whinin get back to crankin. Oh ya... there we go, go frisky go! ( good tune... !)

oo amazon arrives!
and a little gary numan...
Lotta lounge is this dose. Yep, well good weather ahead and lots of mini driving to do. Hyper is for the breakbeat grooves.. we'll see how that works out. Gary Numan is the dark industrial punk that well lately i've been craving. I got a taste of the Angel's 12" remix that Junkie XL cranked out on his 3PM/3AM cd and gary's voice damn.. it just really works. Last time I was into any of his music was back when i was craftin Dark Kitty, I had his Darkness track as the title track to Dark Kitty, it just fit so well. So now i'm divin back into his sound to discover some goodness. Its good mood music when i mood goes south which lately it has so sa'll good. Now regarding the lounge, Den of Thieves is an auto accept, anything off Eighth Street Lounge Recordings is a given, i'll just buy it. In fact I've already struck gold on that cd with track #7, The Karminsky Experience - Exploration, that is an awesome track. Also on Den of Theives is URSULA 1000 and Thunderball which are huge favorites of mine. You just cant go wrong with ESL Records. Hotel Costes is another proven series and 6 appears to be the best from what i've read online about it. I heard a bit of Fredrico the other day and I loved the french lounge flavor of it, also found on ESL. I always dig an out-worldly sound to a track, lyrics in differnet languages etc. Manalili is the unknown pick, which is what i always do, pick the unknown cd that could be good. I need to find more lyrical goodness.
