social network analysis
Smart Mobs lauched me into a fury of linkage madness in the arena of Social Network Analysis discussions and software.. I'm always looking for yet another interesting software app. I found a few. I'll talk about them later. I posted this on normal but no one even took a bite at it.. I think its amazing!

slightly scary, but @ the same time a little comforting. but it kinda seems like they are looking for a government contract, maybe its just me. GET OFF THE LAWN!!!

Thanks for the link. I've been working on Sentinel TMS (the software database and analysis program behind trackingthethreat.com) for over a year and a half and it is finally getting some traction. It is interesting to note that the system goes beyond Social Network Analysis, because SNA is, well, Social, and threat networks aren't necessarily social. The goal is to morph some parts of SNA into a more accurate modeler of terrorist and other threat networks.
